Cowboy Mounted Shooting Horse

For Sale

Festival of the West, Phoenix, AZ - March 2008

Kasidy May: AQHA registered, 5 year old, gray roan, mare (May 19, 2003); 15.1, and about 1100 pounds.

She can take an experienced rider to level 4 or 5. She is flashy and well broke.

Trained by Roy Cox at Cox Performance Horses in Galena, Missouri

Her accomplishments include:

2007 Winner SM1 - California State Championship
2008 3rd SML - The Biggest Little Shoot, Marana, AZ
2008 Winner SM1 Western Shooting Horse Magazine's Winter Challenge/Grand American, Cave Creek, AZ
2008 2nd (3.5 seconds behind the winner) Festival of the West (FOW), Phoenix, AZ

She has a very nice handle and super gates. She has a good stop and a nice rollback. This mare is super willing and very smart.

She is calm, sweet, strong willed, and is a pleasure to ride for an experienced equestrian.

She clips, ties, trailers, and is an easy keeper.

She is current on shoes, shots, teeth floating, and worming.

She's terrific on our rugged Santa Susana Mountains trails, and she's been in the ocean at Pismo Beach.

I'm forced to sell her because of recent string of health problems. My trainer, Kristy Reed - Reed Performance Horses, is a new level one shooter that is keeping her conditioned while I am recovering from a recent surgery and injury.

If you're interested I can email you video taken at FOW March 2008. Serious inquiries only.
